Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 14, 2026

1. 30-Day Return Window We want everyone in the family to find the perfect fit. Most items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date if they are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

  • Gift Cards

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Return To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us before sending your item back. Please include:

  • Your Name

  • Order Number

  • Item Name/Size

  • Reason for return (e.g., sizing issue, style preference)

3. Return Shipping

  • Please write the RA# clearly on the outer shipping box/mailer (do not write directly on the clear garment bags or product packaging).

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a traceable service (UPS, FedEx, or tracked USPS).

  • Ruebi is not liable for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds & Inspections Once received, all returns undergo a quality inspection to ensure the gear is unworn and free of hair, pet fur, or odors.

  • Refunds are issued within 10–20 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns that arrive in used condition or without tags may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

5. Cancellations To cancel an order, please email or call us immediately. We process orders quickly to get you your gear fast.

  • If the item has already shipped, an RA# will be required for a standard return.

  • Do not refuse delivery: Refused packages may incur a return carrier fee (deducted from your refund).

6. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective item (e.g., zipper issue, material flaw), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund for manufacturing faults. Normal wear and tear after use is not covered.
