Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods To ensure your outerwear arrives safely and quickly, we ship using trusted carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) from our fulfillment centers.

2. Service Regions We currently ship to:

United States: All 50 states (including APO/FPO addresses).
Canada & Puerto Rico.
International: Worldwide shipping is available to most countries.

3. Processing Time We know you need your gear before the cold hits.

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Cut-off Times: Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Options & Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and the destination.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express/Overnight: 1 business day (where available)

Tracking information is sent via email within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. Order Statuses You can track the progress of your gear using these statuses:

PENDING: Order received, but payment or inventory is being verified.
PROCESSING: Order is being packed and labeled.
SHIPPED: Your package has left our facility; a tracking number has been emailed to you.
BACK ORDERED: An item is temporarily out of stock; we will notify you with an estimated date.

6. International Shipping (Duties & Taxes) For orders shipped outside the United States:

The customer is strictly responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Ruebi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Please contact your local customs office for fee estimates before purchasing.

7. Refused Deliveries Please do not refuse delivery of your package.

If a package is refused, the carrier charges a return fee (typically $25.00 or equivalent).
This fee, plus the original shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund.
