3. Product Descriptions & Color Accuracy We strive to display our outerwear as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors: The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile display. We cannot guarantee that your display's representation of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Sizing: Please refer to our Sizing Guide before purchasing. Fit can vary between styles (e.g., oversized parkas vs. fitted jackets).

5. Order Cancellation Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast shipping.

  • Before Shipment: You may request a cancellation via email. If we catch it in time, we will refund you in full.

  • After Shipment: If the order has already been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. You must wait to receive the package and initiate a return (see our Return Policy).

  • Refusals: Refused shipments will incur a return carrier fee (typically $25), which will be deducted from your refund.
